NewPageOne.com is a personal website dedicated to blogging, digital filmmaking, digital photography, music, movies, and the Internet at large.  NP1 was founded in May 2001 and there is no end in sight.  The domain name was secured in September 2004. 
About the Webmaster
Steve Caputo is the webmaster behind NP1.

I was born in New York and moved to Massachusetts when I was four.  I began making websites in high school and it became a full-time hobby that continues today.  Most other relevant information about me can be gleaned from the blog and/or through people I know, which is the main audience of this site to begin with.
Behind the Scenes
NP1 is currently designed with Microsoft FrontPage 2002.  I've used previous versions in the past because that's what I learned on in high school.  I didn't learn HTML until college and to this day all I remember are tags for links and bold, italics, and underlining.

NP1 Films and most pictures on the NP1 Moblog NP1 Flickr are captured with the handy Panasonic e-wear SD-AV20, a tiny multi-purpose device that takes video, still photos, records voice, and plays music.  It's hard to get a hold of in stores, so check out Amazon.com. 

NP1 is hosted by GeoCities.  Until September 2004, NP1 was hosted by the free GeoCities plan, but the desired domain name became available and more server space was needed anyway.  If you want to host a site for free, or even for cheap, I highly suggest their service.
