PHOTOGRAPHY

Taking photos has always been one of my favorite pastimes. As a kid, I was fascinated by the camera and loved that wait for a roll of film to come home as new pictures, even though they were almost always taken by my parents. When I got older, I could finally get my hands on disposables for a while before buying my first ancient digital camera in college. Today, I use the lessons I've learned all these years to try to capture moments in my everyday life, whether they be the obvious moment I want to document, oddities, or whatever it is that makes my eye zero in and that voice inside my head say, "take this picture NOW before it's gone."

I've taken the time to look at some of my black and white work from recent years, and with it I've created a new series of zines called PUSHED. If you'd like to know more, please check out the shop.
